Education Qualification: Post Graduation in MBA (Marketing) from reputed university/Institute/college: Graduation in B tech/BE is added advantage.

Experience: 5-6 Years of experience in B2B Marketing

Role and Responsibilities

Strategy:

  • Independently Formulating and executing Go-To-Market Strategy in B2B Segment
  • Research on Client segmentation to offer suitable business proposal as per client’s requirements and needs.
  • Collection of data, Planning and conducting Marketing surveys, key analysis of information and identification of customer needs

Business Development

  • Inbound Lead generation by delivering powerful sales pitch and Presentation to Prospective B2B clients
  • Plan and Execution of Email and Social media campaign to improve Website and landing page traffic
  • Plan and implement BTL activities with extensive research onB2B customer segmentation to maximize client reach and interaction.
  • Lead generation and conversion of customer through identifying references through existing clients and known source.
  • Ideating and conceptualizing new events, independently planning and driving B2B associations in line with market opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Co-ordinating with Digital and Print media to build strong B2B Brand awareness.
  • Co-ordinating Market campaign plans as per Roadmap with partners and sponsors, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders are aligned.

Business Communication

  • Reaching prospective clients, generating leads in B2B segment and conversion of customers independently through excellent business presentations and Demos.
  • Managing Company website/Landing page by publishing Business oriented articles and Business Promos.
  • Building relationship with existing and prospective clients by reaching them through social medial through content messages and business promotions.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication skills and customer approach, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Able to co-ordinate with top management of client during introduction of company profile, Business presentations and follow up.
  • Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against Targets and deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate person with a zeal to work with growing startups
