Food is one of the essential thing for our existence. There are a lot of foods around us and now a days, we are consuming more fast foods than our traditional foods. This covid period has also taught us about a variety of foods and food habits. That’s why, still we are searching for more and more new experimental foods.
This culture has created a huge change among us. Now, we can’t think a day without consuming fast foods. Fried, baked and so on are there in the list.Unhealthy food habits also accelerated the emergence of new diseases.Cancer is very rare in olden days. But, now the condition has changed and it become a common disease. Obesity is the another disease and it happens in all age groups. There is no difference for children, adult or old aged persons. It reduces the free movement capacity of our body. Thereby it creates cardiac arrest.
We are very much closed or mostly used with the traditional foods in olden periods. That’s the reason for the healthier life of our forefathers. They don’t have this types of diseases like we have today and they had maintained a good habit of doing exercises daily.
We have to return back to those good habits along with the new life style. So, we have to do exercise daily to reduce our diseases. It’s better to consume home made foods than by consuming food from outside. Growing up of vegetables in home can also reduce the emergence of disease because we are highly depended on other States for such things. Then, they contains so many pesticides and chemicals. It also affect our health. So, it’s better for us to create a healthy body for a healthy life .
