*** Digital Marketing Manager***

CTC: 50,000/- per month

Effectively communicate and establish the brands in the TG through multiple channels to ensure conversion and
sustainabilty there by increasing the revenue and footfalls at the outlet.

Reports to GM F&B / Group Marketing Manager / HOD

Formulates the complete marketing plan and pricing stategies for the outlets under management as per the need of the TG, catchment and market needs.

Responsible for Corporate tie-ups, Strategic alliances, cobranding activities and direct sales for the F&B outlets.

Update events on online portals and the web site on real time basis. Ensure listing to all events pages.

Constantly and effectively follow up with Food Delivery & Aggregator Platforms like Swiggy, Zomato etc. to ensure visibility and conversion.

Directly supervise the implementation of ATL, BTL, Guerrilla sales campaigns, Digital campagins & promotions along with brand strategies to achieve revenue targets and create brand visibility.

Monitors and owns the Customer Service Programme-Loyalty, Complaints Enquiries and other CRM at the outlet.

Conduct SOP briefings to the internal (direct reports) and external (agencies, vendors, tenants) members and ensure SOP guidelines are adhered. Ensure staff are well informed about the promotions & activities.

Develop individual campaigns for retailers at the mall as required. Maintain effective relationship with vendors,
creative agency, digital marketing agency, event production, printing etc. Oversee / hold vendor / SIS meeting at regular intervals; Address issues / concerns escalated, if any;

Budget planning and impact analysis for management review
Budget management of campaigns in line with overall marketing budget and event wise ROI analysis;
Monitor performance of on line portals and aggregators and provide monthly MIS for decision making by analysis of the data.
Analysis of the efficacy of the sales programme; Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing events/ revenue, customer feedback and other relevant details; .
Monthly / quarterly presentation to the management on overall marketing management;

Developing marketing budget and complete adherenace against set targets.
