Why internships are important now a days?

In today’s time our economy is changing day by day and with this skills, talent and experience is very importantly needed to be a part of growth cycle.

It is important to have actual work experience in a field the students is pursuing graduation or any other degree.

Internship is defined as “any official or formal program to provide practical experience for beginners in an occupation or profession.”

Internships help people to have a good experience and increase market ability.

It prepares people for what to expect in their field and also increase confidence in them and in their work. On the other hand, to do something new or trying anything in knowledgeable and beneficial in itself.

Internship provides a great network to meet professionals in their career field people are pursuing.

Sometime internship receive financial compensation, many of the internships are paid in an other way we can say that people can gain valuable work experience by making money at the same time. It would help people in a financial way sometimes to fund their tuition or collage expenses.

The most beneficial part of internships is that they intimate classroom knowledge and theory with practical application and skills developed in professional and community settings.

Everyone feels excited and passionate while internship, every work gives knowledge.

According to me, it is important to do internship it gives students knowledge, experience which help them to be successful in life.

I have always been against Glorifying Over Work and therefore, in the year 2021, I have decided to launch this campaign “Balancing Life”and talk about this wrong practice, that we have been following since last few years.
