Button Omlette
6 eggs
2 medium size Onion
Pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Prep Time:- 5 mins
Method:-
Crack the eggs in a bowl.

Finely chop onions

Add a pinch of salt and pepper as per your taste

Beat the egg using an egg beater

Heat Oil in a Pan used to make Paniyaram and pour the mixture into the pan.


Tada your Button Omlette is ready.
Tip
Adding water while beating eggs makes them more fluffy. I do the same while making a regular Omlette.
