Ragging is almost like a mandatory ritual in many colleges across India. While the so called students who bully their juniors in the name of ragging believe that it is for the benefit of the students that they follow this practice, the reality is far away from this. The video talks about what exactly is ragging, why it happens and what can be done to avoid the same.

While, different  people quote different reasons to encourage ragging but I feel that by permitting ragging in our schools and colleges, we are encouraging bullying amongst students, which is further carried on in their professional lives.
